The registration fee is $250. This includes the icebreaker reception on the evening of Oct. 8, lunches on Oct 8, 9, 10, coffee breaks, and the banquet on the evening of the 10th.

A student registration is available at $100 for university students. Fill out the registration and include verification of student status. Write 'student' after your name.

NOTICE: if you are only coming to the banquet on Friday night, please fill out the registration form and indicate (a) how many tickets you would like, (b) write BANQUET ONLY on the form, and then (c) fax in the form. Please register for the banquet as we need a head count. IF YOU DON'T WRITE BANQUET ONLY, THEN WE WILL LIKELY CHARGE YOU THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE.
