GPU-SPHysics: Alexis Herault and Robert Dalrymple
An introduction to GPU computing and a description of GPU-SPHysics, a GPU implementation of SPHysics, the open source software. Examples of the application of the model to specific cases is shown. Users that bring laptops with Nvidia graphics cards will be able to run applications in class.
Attendees will receive the source code and a users manual.

An introduction to SPH with a special emphasis on interpolation and gradient operations, with practical examples with the open-source SPH solver SPHysics. The training is most suitable for researchers who are familiar with the principles of SPH but are beginning their work in the field. Examples including the user manual test cases are shown. There will be time for hands-on experience. www.sphysics.org
